Alexander Quiros, PhD, MBA, PsyPACT
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Alex is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a PhD, PSYPACT certification, and an MBA in Corporate Finance. His areas of expertise include clinical, neuropsychological, and speech and language assessments. He also specializes in pharmaceutical services and multilingual/multicultural therapy and assessment. Alex delivers training sessions on the majority of Pearson assessments. Due to his passion for teaching, Alex loves being a Pearson trainer, as it allows him to make a positive impact on the world and leave it better than he found it. A fun fact about Alex is that during long in-person workshops, he teaches Salsa dance lessons during breaks to give people a burst of fun energy.
Chris Huzinec, MS, MA, EP
Senior Learning Consultant
Chris holds an MS in Educational Psychology and an MA in Clinical Psychology. He has expertise in educational and psychological research, particularly in emotional disturbance, specific learning disabilities (SLD), and behavior. He is knowledgeable in childhood and student behavior, including assessment and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), as well as psychometrics, test construction, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Chris trains on various products, including BASC-3, SSIS SEL, Brown EF/A, Vineland-3, DKEFS, and Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen. His favorite part of delivering training sessions with Pearson is working with customers to understand their needs and the unique ways they use assessments and providing guidance on how assessment results can inform interventions and supports. A fun fact about Chris is that he loves to walk and listen to audiobooks, averaging 150 miles and four books per month.
Eileen R. Garza, OTR, ATP/SMS, Ph.D.
Licensed Occupational Therapist
Eileen R. Garza, OTR, ATP/SMS, PhD, FAOTA, is an Occupational Therapist specializing in assistive technology. She has extensive experience in technology applications and planning systemic project launches, with a background in Universal Design for Learning (UDL) for K12 and university education. Eileen trains on a variety of assessment tools, including BOT-3, Sensory Profile, Beery VMI, DIAL-4, Bayley-4, and Q-interactive, delivering sessions to both clinical and pharmaceutical customers. Her favorite part of being a Pearson trainer is working with diverse customer groups and seeing how the tools impact lives. A fun fact about Eileen is that she is currently training a therapy dog to assist with reading and encourage the use of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) for non-verbal students.
Hillary Blake, PsyD HSPP
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Hillary Blake, PhD, graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 2014. Dr. Blake was an assistant professor at the IU School of Medicine, where she served as the clinical director of the headache clinic and the associate clinic director of consultation liaison. She transitioned to private practice, where she provides both psychotherapy and psychological assessments. Dr. Blake has extensive experience providing psychological assessments across various settings, including juvenile detention centers, schools, inpatient hospitals, outpatient centers, and residential treatment centers. She completes assessments for ADHD, ASD, Intellectual Disability, learning disorders, and diagnostic clarification, utilizing a variety of Pearson assessments in her practice.
Jasolyn Henderson, Ph.D., NCSP
Licensed School Psychologist
Jasolyn holds a PhD in School Psychology from Georgia State University and is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) with over 20 years of expertise in the field. She is passionate about assessing culturally and linguistically diverse students, creating impactful professional learning experiences for practitioners and clinicians, and embracing lifelong learning through new personal and professional challenges. At Pearson, Jasolyn excels in delivering comprehensive training and developing engaging content for cognitive, academic, behavioral, motor/sensory, and speech and language products. She believes the best part of her job is connecting with customers and empowering them with the skills they need to succeed. A fun fact about Jasolyn is that when she's not training, she loves exploring the world, diving into different cultures, and savoring delicious foods from every corner of the globe.
Kelly Lee, Ph.D.
Licensed Counseling Psychologist
Kelly holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology and is a licensed psychologist in Texas. Her areas of expertise include the training and supervision of psychoeducational assessments. Kelly facilitates learning sessions on the WAIS-5, WIAT-4, KTEA-3, and WMS-5, and she loves seeing and hearing the "ah-ha" moments from participants during her sessions. A fun fact about Kelly is that she is a south paw (left-handed).
Les Stagg
Licensed School Psychologist
Les holds a Master of Education in Educational Psychology and Special Education and has been a certified School Psychologist for over 30 years. His areas of expertise include Special Education, Inclusion, School Psychology, assessment, Specific Learning Disabilities, Cognitive Impairment, Autism, and services for K-12 and adults. Les trains on various products, including WISC-5, WAIS-5, WIAT-4, WIAT-4 CDN, Q-interactive, KeyMath-3, and KTEA-3. His favorite part of delivering training sessions with Pearson is being in a live webinar, answering questions, presenting valuable information, and seeing professionals meaningfully interact with the information and concepts. A fun fact about Les is that while scuba diving in Hawaii a few years ago, he had the once-in-a-lifetime experience of swimming with a 30-foot whale shark in the wild.
Mike Grau
Learning Facilitator
Mike is a NYS Licensed Psychologist, NYS Certified School Psychologist, and NYS Certified School Counselor. He specializes in psychoeducational and neuropsychological assessments, particularly in areas such as learning disabilities, developmental disabilities (including ID and autism), and brain injuries. Mike delivers training sessions on cognitive, achievement, adaptive, and neuropsychological assessments. His favorite part of training with Pearson is the personal contact with other clinicians, learning about their specific practices and needs, and helping them learn new assessments to better serve their clients. A fun fact about Mike is that he enjoys long-distance hikes in Europe.
Nancy Lamb
Licensed School Psychologist
Nancy Lamb, EdS, ABSNP, is a seasoned School Psychologist specializing in school neuropsychological assessments. She brings extensive experience across diverse educational and clinical environments. Nancy provides both virtual and in-person training on Pearson’s cognitive, neuropsychological, academic, and digital assessment tools. She is deeply passionate about cognitive development, neuroplasticity, and the power of play, and thrives on engaging with audiences who share her enthusiasm for these subjects. A fun fact about Nancy is that she is a proud member of a New Orleans-inspired parade crew, and her fascination with the brain began at a young age when she trained her hamsters to navigate custom-designed mazes using cheese snacks.
Oxalis N Jusino, Ph.D.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Oxalis holds a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Ponce Health Sciences University. She specializes in testing, particularly with children, but also conducts assessments with adults. She is an expert in administering the Rorschach test. Oxalis trains on Spanish-language assessment products. Her favorite part of delivering training sessions with Pearson is the opportunity to meet a diverse range of people from various countries and states, as well as staying updated on the latest assessments. A fun fact about Oxalis is that she is the mother of three kids and switches from psychologist mode to mommy mode when she is not working.
