Access to Q-global® digital assets!
Materials (e.g., digital manuals and stimulus books) are available via Q-global in the Digital Assessment Library (DAL University) account. This specialized Q-global account is exclusively for approved TPP members and contains a Resource Library with a portfolio of materials for our most popular products.

Reminder: TPP members are required to maintain two distinct Q-global accounts: one for ordering reports on paid digital material, the second a Q-global DAL-UNI account specifically for use by their students. Please note that paid inventory cannot be ordered through DAL University (DAL-UNI) accounts. Both accounts must remain separate, and linking or merging accounts is not permitted. Reports and subscriptions also cannot be transferred between accounts.
Q-interactive® offerings
For those programs interested in a completely digital solution via Q-interactive, TPP provides two options:
Academic Institution license: Available at a flat annual fee of $150.00 (with no per-student fee). This license is strictly for TPP members for teaching purposes in a classroom setting. This license does not come with starter kits.
Supervised Practicum license: Provides the opportunity for settings outside of the classroom (e.g., university clinics and internships) to use Q-interactive at the published Q-interactive subtest administration rates. Contact Customer Support at +1 (800) 627-7271 to learn more and register. The licenses themselves are at no charge; however, each usage incurs a fee of $1.95, payable in advance. Please note that starter kits are not included; however, users may be added or removed according to your requirements. This license is separate from the Training Partner Program and thus, discounts or other benefits do not apply to usage charges.
Note: Both licenses require that Q-interactive usage is restricted to training purposes only. Also, please keep in mind that Pearson does not provide hardware (i.e., iPads) and faculty should be mindful of hardware/software requirements before purchasing.
Can I still order classpacks?
Classpacks are no longer available.
I am both a professor and supervisor. What do I do?
If you serve in both roles, please complete two separate applications—one for classroom TPP membership and one for supervised clinic TPP membership.
I don’t want to use digital assets. Can I still get a discount?
Yes. Paper consumables are available at a discounted price.
Is there a cost to participate in the program?
There is no membership fee to participate in the program. However, there is a minimal cost for access to all assets within the digital library. Please refer to the program matrix for specific pricing details.
What training resources for Pearson assessments are included in the TPP program?
TPP members receive access to a library of assessment overview videos available for most products.
How will I know how much of my discount I have used or have remaining?
By logging into your Pearson account at pearsonassessments.com, you will have visibility into your TPP discount balance.
Can I renew my QI Experiential License if I am not part of a university/college?
The experiential license is no longer a feature of TPP. You may apply for membership under the supervised practicum offering.
Are non-Pearson products discounted through TPP?
No. The TPP discount applies only to Pearson assessment assets.
Does the TPP discount apply to Pearson professional development and training?
No. The TPP discount applies only to Pearson assessment assets.
Can I still use the reorder form instead of the DAL UNI subscription?
All ordering must be completed through the website for applicable discounts to apply.

Can anyone order online on behalf of the TPP member? Does it matter?
All orders must be completed by the TPP member.
Can I order for my entire department?
Each TPP member is required to order for their own specific needs.
There are multiple courses and classes being taught. Do all professors need to apply to receive the discount?
Yes. Anyone choosing to participate in the program must apply and be an approved member.
Will I see my TPP expiration date online? Do I need to keep track of it?
When logging into your Pearson TPP account, you will be able to see all account details, including your expiration date.
Can my university/college fax or call in POs for my department and reference my name as a TPP member? Can my TA or administrator do it?
All TPP purchases must be made online by the TPP member while logged into their account.
Can I keep my regular Q-global account for clinic and outside-the-classroom use?
Yes. You may keep your existing Q-global account.
Will there be free TPP training packets and materials?
Assessment overview video tutorials will be available through the Pearson Learning Portal.
Can my membership be transferred?
No. Membership is non-transferable. Each professor or supervisor must have their own TPP account.
My membership was approved at the university/college, but I want to order for my private account. Can I use my discount for that?
No. TPP purchases are valid only for activities used with students.
I have an order that is more than $3,000. What do I do?
There is no limit on order totals. The limit applies to your maximum annual discount amount.
Can my $3,000 discount reset before I renew my TPP membership?
No. TPP is an annual program. Enrollment and renewal dates are available in your Pearson account.
How long is my membership valid?
Memberships are valid for one year.
I am part of RAP. Do I qualify for this program?
No. The Research Assistance Program (RAP) is a separate offering. If interested in TPP, please complete a TPP membership application.
What if I have an already approved RAP study and am grandfathered as a TPP member?
TPP is a yearly membership. You must reapply each year.
Does my membership include score reports?
Score reports are included for the in-class academic program. Score reports for the clinic program are available at market price.
What is considered a “consumable”?
A consumable is a record form or other paper product that requires multiple units per client for student, supervisor, or professor scoring.
Can orders or quotes be phoned or faxed to Customer Service?
No. The TPP discount is available only for orders placed through the website.
What if an order is accidentally placed through Customer Service by phone or fax?
The discount will not be applied if the purchase is not completed through the website.
If I currently have an experiential license and the kits we need, along with a Q-global account, can I keep my current license? We cannot lose our data and do not want a new QI account.
Your existing accounts will remain the same, and access to client records will remain intact.
What if I have an order on hold, pending, or submitted before the TPP program change? Does that count toward my $3,000 limit?
Orders placed after the start of the program will have the discount applied.
What if I want to place an order using a quote processed before the start of the new TPP program that has not expired? Will that count toward my $3,000 limit?
Orders not yet placed are subject to the new TPP program parameters.
Can I submit a proposal or request for a $3,000 extension if I reach my limit?
Unfortunately, additional discounts cannot be accommodated once the annual maximum discount has been met.
