  2. Explain the link between social media use and the increase in anxiety, depression, and other emotional and behavioral challenges.
  3. Implement conversational strategies to foster an open dialog with parents and youth regarding the responsible use of social media.
  4. Create a family “Media Plan” to set priorities and guidelines that best meet the needs of both the youth and family.
