This one-hour webinar will cover four aspects of engaging with families of children; 3 to 8 years, in early childhood programs. Each of the four segments will conclude with a brief opportunity to interact with the presenter and other attendees. Participants will learn how to engage families, be reminded of the importance of the language we use in describing children, see an example of how a specific skill changes as children develop, and learn strategies for keeping families engaged.
