Everything You Need to Know about Developmental Screening Webinar (Recording)

This one-hour webinar will describe the importance of conducting developmental screening to identify those young children who may need focused intervention in order to perform effectively in early childhood programs.

Presenter: Gloria Maccow, PhD

Most children in early childhood programs perform a variety of tasks automatically. They walk and talk at the same time, think of a story and draw a picture to illustrate it, interact with peers and teachers, remove and hang up their coats, and run and jump on the playground. However, there may be a few children who perform only some of the classroom tasks. Other children may perform the tasks, but not at the level of their classmates. This one-hour webinar will describe the importance of conducting developmental screening to identify those young children who may need focused intervention in order to perform effectively in early childhood programs.
