Meet the Pearson Dyslexia team leads in Clinical Assessment

Kristina Breaux, PhD
Kristina C. Breaux, PhD is a licensed special educator, learning disabilities specialist, researcher, and published author. In her current role as senior research director at Pearson, she leads the development of diagnostic achievement tests and dyslexia assessment solutions in Clinical Assessment. Since receiving her clinical training at Northwestern University, Kristina has taught students with learning disabilities across the grade range and conducted numerous psychoeducational assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. She has co-authored two books and published numerous book chapters and journal articles in the field of clinical assessment. Kristina is past president of LDA Oregon.

Tina Eichstadt, MS, CCC-SLP
Tina is a speech-language pathologist and senior product manager for Pearson Clinical Assessment. She currently leads product-level strategy and execution, represents professional and market needs internally, and manages a portfolio of products related to language, literacy, and cognition. Tina worked clinically at Luther Midelfort Mayo Health System in acute, subacute, and outpatient roles serving children, adults, and their families with a wide range of cognitive, communicative, and swallowing challenges. Her past publishing experience includes sales, marketing, print-based development, and software development roles at Thinking Publications and AGS Publishing. Tina is a past president of WSHA (WI).
Anise Flowers, PhD
Anise Flowers received her PhD in Clinical Child Psychology from Louisiana State University. Her areas of specialization include Assessment, Pediatric Psychology, and Early Childhood. She has been an Assessment Consultant with Pearson for the past 16 years, providing guidance to professionals who primarily work in school districts. Anise has presented numerous workshops and conference presentations on a variety of assessment topics.

Rob Dyson
Rob Dyson is a Solutions Analyst at Pearson Clinical and provides assistance in selecting and administering assessments which measure achievement, ability, dyslexia risk, and factors that influence behavior in school districts across the U.S.He has been a secondary science educator for over 20 years and served as an Education Specialist at a Regional Education Service Center, providing curriculum management, professional development, and data analysis services to school districts. His areas of interests include school transformation, Social Emotional Learning, resiliency, and equity.

Kathleen Woodward
Kathleen Woodward, EdS, NCSP is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist with an extensive clinical background in counseling and school psychology. She brings a wealth of experience in district-wide policy and procedural development of RTI/MTSS implementation, early childhood and behavioral program planning, substance abuse intervention programs, and threat assessment — all coupled with her expertise in psychological and psychoeducational assessment. In her role as a Solutions Analyst with Pearson, Ms. Woodward serves as a consultant and subject matter expert. In addition to direct consultation, she provides professional training and workshops at the district, state, and national level.
