How can OTs add value in managing the transition out of education? What is best practice? Webinar (Register Now)

Conversations that Matter sessions are an opportunity to have a focused and interactive discussion with other clinicians who share your interest in a specific topic. This session is most relevant to school-based OTPs who are involved with student transitions from formal education to adult life. It will take the form of both small group and whole-group sessions, with an expectation that you will come prepared to actively contribute to the discussion. Sample discussion questions will include “How do we define outcomes beyond employment or study?”, “Where do OTPs add unique value in transition planning compared to other professionals?” and “What ways do OTs assess/evaluate preparedness and needs/supports for transition?”. Please note that due to the interactive nature of this session, numbers are strictly limited and the session will not be recorded.
