Participants will learn how to find and adjust account settings, manage user roles, and begin to understand rostering options for district, school, and classroom access. The session includes demonstrations of platform features such as user imports, role assignments, and access permissions, as well as guidance on how to support standardized testing procedures and ensure reliable data collection. Participants will explore sandbox environments to practice account setup and management tasks. By the end of the session, participants will be equipped to confidently manage aimswebPlus accounts, support users across levels, and maintain data integrity for benchmarking and progress monitoring. 

What Participants Should Know Before Attending 
This session does not include live rostering or data integration setup; instead, it provides an overview of rostering options. For hands-on rostering support, participants are encouraged to contact aimswebPlus Customer Support. Participants will use a sandbox account during the session and will not access their active accounts unless otherwise requested. Please ensure access to a device for full participation in hands-on activities. Participants will receive and are encouraged to print handouts prior to the session.

Learning Objectives 
By the end of this session, participants will be able to: 

  • Identify and assign user roles across account, district, school, and class levels. 
  • Navigate account settings and manage user permissions. 
  • Understand rostering options and how they align with district needs. 
  • Access support resources via “How Can We Help” for account setup and troubleshooting. 
  • Use sandbox environments to practice account management tasks. 

The maximum number of attendees for this session is thirty (30). Additional participants may join for an additional per-person fee. 

The Services must be scheduled for a date no earlier than five (5) weeks form the date of purchase. If Services are requested by the Customer sooner than this period, Pearson shall have the right to charge Customer an expedited delivery fee equivalent to 20% of the purchase price of Services.

The Services must be delivered within twelve (12) months of the date of purchase. If Services are scheduled by Customer beyond this twelve-month period, Pearson shall have the right to charge Customer (a) the difference between the purchase price and the then-current price of Services on the scheduled date, and (b) a scheduling fee of $100.00.   All fees due to Pearson must be paid in full before the Services are delivered (unless other arrangements are agreed upon with both parties).
