Transport Layer Security (TLS)
To access the secure areas of the MAT, your browser must support 128-bit encryption (also called domestic-grade, U.S.-grade, high, or strong encryption) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) version 1.0 protocol. TLS encryption scrambles your data for online security. Please refer to your browser's online help to ensure TLS is enabled.
