In this 6-hour session, participants will learn the essentials of using aimswebPlus for benchmarking students as well as how to put data to use. This session also covers how norm and criterion referenced data in aimswebPlus is interpreted once benchmarking data is available. Hands-on practice with benchmarking test administration and report generation will be available throughout the session if local devices are available. Price includes up to 30 people per session.

Audience: This session is targeted for new users of aimswebPlus who need to learn benchmarking basics as well as how to access and interpret benchmarking data. This session is also helpful for experienced users who need a review of the topics.

  • Navigate within the aimswebPlus platform and find the included resources and materials.
  • Complete simulated benchmark data collection using digital record forms, TestNav, and paper/pencil delivery within a training account.
  • Differentiate between the various reporting options and determine what data is relevant for various needs within schools/classes/groups and for students.
  • Navigate to benchmarking reports and data.
  • Analyze benchmark data within the reports that are relevant for a variety of needs.
