In this 6-hour session, participants will learn the essentials of using aimswebPlus for progress monitoring students. Participants will also learn how to navigate within the platform and to administer monitoring measures as well as how to use survey-level assessment and create schedules including goals. This session also examines how norm-referenced and trend data on monitoring reports are interpreted and how to put data to use in decisions for students receiving intervention. Hands-on practice with survey-level assessment, schedule setup, data collection, and report generation will be available throughout the session if local devices are available. Price includes up to 30 people per session.

Audience: This session is targeted for new users of aimswebPlus who need to learn progress monitoring basics as well as how to access and interpret progress monitoring data. This session is also helpful for experienced users who need a review of the topics.

  • Complete simulated progress monitor scheduling and data collection using digital record forms, TestNav, and paper/pencil delivery within a training account.
  • Construct a viable system of documentation for interventions.
  • Differentiate between the various monitoring reporting options that are available for the schools/classes/groups and students.
  • Navigate to the progress monitoring data that is needed.
  • Analyze progress monitoring data and formulate key questions and decisions to consider
