    Proven to be highly reliable and valid, ESI-R provides a brief developmental screening instrument designed to be individually administered to children from 3:0 to 5.11.

    • Separated into to two age groups: 3:0–4:5 (ESI-P) and 4:6–5:11 (ESI-K).

    • Separate versions of the score sheets are available for the ESI-P and ESI-K.
