Scoring Services

For Scoring and Reporting

  1. If you have not yet established your Program Workshop account, please contact Pearson Customer Service at 800-328-5999.
  2. Log on to:
  3. Select "Paper Processing Services" (under Pearson- Catalog) from the menu on the left.
  4. Select the "Click Here" button to be directed to our Catalog Order Processing (COPS) site and create an Order for Scoring Services (OSS).
    You must include a copy of your completed OSS with your scorable documents shipment"

Where to Send Answer Documents

Tests formerly sent to Austin, Texas, should now be sent to Cedar Rapids, Iowa:
Pearson, Catalog Scoring Services, 9200 Earhart Lane SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404

Score Reports for Catalog Orders

Once your shipment has arrived at Pearson, you should allow approximately 16 calendar days of processing time for multiple-choice assessments providing the shipment is ready for processing when it arrives. Please allow for transportation time required to ship the score reports back to you.

Should an "alert" situation occur in your order, your score reports may be delayed. You will be contacted if a problem arises. We suggest you schedule meetings to present and discuss test results only after you have reviewed your reports.

If Administering Paper Tests:

Prices are per student unless otherwise stated. There is a $150.00 minimum charge per shipment. Transportation and handling are additional.
