This information is vital for guiding diagnostic decisions and treatment processes and helping to support the child&rsquo;s overall well-being. Evidence-based questions provide the answers that are most valuable to the professionals who use this tool. The digital version allows parents or caregivers to complete the questionnaire remotely before an in-person visit. Users can also generate a summary of content from the digital SDH to expedite report writing.</p>

						<p>If you already use Q-global online administrations, you can purchase the BASC-4 Q-global Starter Kit with Intervention Report in an all-digital format. This kit includes 25 report usages that can be used for digital administrations.</p>

						<p>BASC4 is available in two kit formats: <strong>Complete Kits</strong> and <strong>Starter Kits</strong>. The recommended option depends on whether you plan to administer BASC4 on paper or digitally.</p>

						<p><strong>Qglobal Complete Kits</strong> are best for paper and pencil administrations.
