ARRA Funding

The America Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 includes over $500M for early childhood special education, $1B for Head Start (that is above their regular 2009 appropriation), $1.1B for Early Head Start programs, $2B for subsidizing child care costs for low income families.
