ICAO Requirements

Test must contain general English and aviation specific content

VAET contains ICAO phraseology and plain English language tasks

Test must measure Level 4 as specified in the ICAO rubrics

Validation report will be provided that provides evidence of measuring ICAO levels 1 through 6

Pronunciation, Structure, Fluency, Vocabulary, Comprehension, and Interaction must be measured

Sub-scores showing performance on these skills will be available with score report

Test is secure
