Informed Consent
The Assessment Center collects your personal information only with your informed consent. It uses your information for personalization, identification, and communication. If you access this web site from a country in the European Union, all personal information you supply to the Assessment Center will be treated in accordance with the European Data Protection Directive. If you respond to the Assessment Center about materials presented on this web site with questions, comments or similar feedback, your response will be non-confidential. By sending the Assessment Center the response, you grant the Assessment Center an irrevocable unrestricted license to use, reproduce, distribute, and modify the information in your response, and you agree the Assessment Center is free to use for any purpose whatsoever any ideas or concepts contained in your response. However, the Assessment Center will not release your name or publicize the fact of your response unless: a) you give permission; b) you are first notified before you respond to a particular part of this site that any response may be published and used; c) as is required by law. The information we receive depends on what you do when visiting this site.

Test Administrators
To register as a Test Administrator, you are required to submit personal and professional information. This information is used to determine your qualifications to administer the various assessments available on the Assessment Center. None of this information will be sold or redistributed, although aggregate (group) data may be compiled and redistributed or sold in the form of research, special industry reports, and the Assessment Center usage pattern studies. We may occasionally send email to all Test Administrators with news or announcements. You may stop receiving these messages at any time by notifying us of your desire.

Testing
When taking an assessment on the Assessment Center, you are required to enter personal information. the Assessment Center uses your information for identification and communication only. This information is sent to the Test Administrator along with your test scores. the Assessment Center is not responsible for the use of this information by the Test Administrator. the Assessment Center does not sell or redistribute your individual information to any other parties.

We reserve the right to use your demographic information without any individual identifying data (such as your name or e-mail address) and raw test data for any purpose.
