Calling Technical Support
When you have a problem you can't solve on your own, call the Technical Support line for test scoring software assistance. Have the following information ready so your problem can be solved more quickly.
- Have your account number, software type (Q Local software), and software version level ready. (You can find these numbers by choosing the Help menu and then choosing the Q Local System option.)
- If the problem involves a scanner, have the model number ready.
- Write down a short description of the problem and how you've tried to solve it.
- Make sure your phone is near your computer so you can work on the problem with the phone support analyst.
Once you've taken the steps above, call 1-800-627-7271, ext. 3235 on Monday through Friday from 8 AM - 6 PM CST.
