Career Planning for College or Post-Secondary Education

We offer a number of assessments that can excite individuals about career possibilities and help them make future plans.

College-bound

For students who know they'll be attending college, the CISS^® Inventory (Campbell™ Interest and Skill Survey) and CISS Career Planner can help them determine their career directions and lay out their study plans. Like traditional interest inventories, the CISS inventory compares a student's interests to those of individuals employed in specific occupations. But the CISS inventory goes beyond that by providing an estimate of the student's confidence in his or her ability to perform required job tasks. This can help point out students' strengths and areas which can be worked on - valuable information as they are planning for college. The CISS inventory can be taken online.

Undecided and others

For undecided students, those who want to keep their options open, or for large group career assessment, use the Career Assessment Inventory™-Enhanced Version to look at a broad range of available occupations.
