Career Planning with Adults:
career change, vocational rehabilitation, workforce re-entry

Adult clients have a variety of educational and job-related goals. Whether they come from technical programs, colleges, government programs, or for career counseling, a number of their goals are the same:

  • Identifying and narrowing fields of interest in order to select careers or courses of study
  • Re-entering the work force or considering career changes
  • Finding a career that will be satisfying
  • Successfully managing a major transition

Our career assessments can be helpful tools for adults as they make career plans.

For individuals re-entering the work force, considering a career change, or in vocational rehabilitation, use the Career Assessment Inventory™-Enhanced Version or Vocational Version.

For pinpointing areas of academic study, and for individuals who can benefit from examining both interests and skills, use the CISS® (Campbell™ Interest and Skill Survey). The CISS Inventory can be taken online.
