I entered an incorrect test date and the program won't let me go back to fix it.

Anytime the current field you are in is a required field (i.e. test date or birth date), you MUST enter some information before proceeding to another field. So in order to navigate back to the test date field, you must enter something in the birth date field first. Therefore, follow these steps in order to edit the test date field once you’ve entered the birth date field:

• Enter a Birth date that is prior to the test date you entered
• Go back and enter the correct test date
• Enter the correct birth date
