Why do I have to fill in the Group Identification Form if I am only scanning one group? 

In order for the scanning software to work, at least one Group Identification Form must be filled out entirety.  The directions on the form imply that you don’t have to fill out the entire form, but that is not true.  The only portion that can be omitted is the section that says “Office Use Only.”
