Is technical help the same as software technical help?

These can mean two different things. If you are experiencing difficulties with your software, for example if you are unable to install the software, you’ll need to contact Pearson Software Technical Support at 800-627-7271 choose option #2, then option #3.

If you have questions about the contents of the product, its technical data, or reordering please call Pearson Client Relations at 800-627-7271 choose option #2, then option #1.
