Core Abilities Assessment is a brief measurement of cognitive and reasoning abilities that predict success across occupations and industries – from customer service rep to production personnel. Core Abilities Assessment helps you determine if an individual has the ability to perform at a desired pace and be considered a qualified candidate. This comprehensive and proven combination of verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning skills provides tremendous information about a candidate's ability to learn and perform.

Use Core Abilities Assessment in your organization to:

  • Forecast job success
  • Save time interviewing only qualified candidates
  • Obtain objective information not readily apparent in a resume or interview
  • See a comprehensive view of an applicant's general cognitive ability
  • Measure an individual's ability to learn and succeed – once trained
  • Avoid the high cost of making "bad hires"

Features & Benefits
