The ESS team embraces the key elements of high quality professional development as defined by the Elementary And Secondary Education Act (ESEA) and No Child Left Behind (NCLB). The elements (cited below) are the over-arching themes for all professional development and training curricula development and delivered by the Harcourt Assessment teams.
